People won't sell to him. Only two miles? Most people will take the refund from GoFundMe. At least I hope so. You can't just go start building without authorization. As a contractor for the government, we have annual trainings that we need to go through. One is ethics. Most of it has nothing to do with us but we still need to know. In the business world there are many practices that are considered standard but when dealing with the government, can be a violation of rules. Sometimes it takes a while for contractors to understand that. With what was in that report about the three contractors is inconclusive. Maybe they feel that they got their act together?? The reason why it was shut down was because the board never met and Trump was spending the money however he wanted without even consulting the board.
