Just a guess but that doesn't sound like an "armed robbery".  It sounds like a crazy or angry person with a vendetta against some employee(s).  5 families, destroyed because of the anger of one person.  SMH...

Last update I can find is by CNN about 8:44 pm eastern time. The suspect trained as a corrections officer, resigning two weeks ago. No word yet if the victims were bank employees or customers. He just went in and started shooting. Then he called 911 to tell them what he did.

When they check his bank account, likely they could find something as mundane as he was charged bank fees and is overdrawn, maybe has an addiction on line he could not pay for or is in debt and he is blaming the bank.

Florida have the death penalty, let justice be done.

Some of the victims were identified. There were 4 employees and 1 customer. All women. He ordered them to lay on the floor and just executed them. ABC News just said an employee was in the breakroom and was able to escape when they heard the gunshot. Still no motive, but the ex-girlfriend said he always talked about guns and hurting someone. The suspect was wearing a bullet proof vest and carried a handgun. Police drove a vehicle through the front of the building to gain entry.
