Still Waters

The lowest temperature in the UK for seven years was recorded on Thursday as snowy and icy weather continued to hit Britain.

Residents of Braemar in north-east Scotland were shivering in a temperature of -14.4C (6.1F), the Met Office said – the lowest temperature in the UK since 2012 when it reached -15.6C (3.9F) at Holbeach, Lincolnshire.

I remember t good ole days, when there were frost every mornin t July and t milk bottle tops would be frozen inch from lid, and thee could leave door unlocked for vicar t warm is cobbles on way from vicarage!

And the second coldest day recently in recorded history in Chicago.

But it was the hottest month in January in Victoria, AU in recorded history, but as we all know, when the planet warms up, we get colder,....never mind.

Soooooo... it was -15 in 2012, but only -14 in 2019 ?

Scotland - again.

Its Scotland ffs, its always cold there in winter.

If ever they tell us there will be no snow in Scotland over winter and it will not be cold,  THATS when we need to worry.
