i know true believers will have a zillion excuses but if ghosts spirits whatever could in any way shape or form effect us i ln our world it would be going on all the time, i have deceased family and friends who would just have to contact me, so do most people and it just never happens.

It just never happens to you...

as a person who separates "beliefs" from "facts" and skimming thru this thread again, proof of "ghosts"

for a moment forget true belivers who blindly need no proof, forget sciencetists who have tried and failed to find proof,

running with what i and xenofish posted eariler there is an overwhelming number of dead people even if only a small number were "allowed" to be haunts we wouldnt have a moments peace, it wouldnt take for profit con artist, cheddar richards, like the warrens who btw, hes dead has he come back to haunt?

it wouldnt take them or geeks on fake reality shows misusing emf and light meters who look like they are better suited at finding the french onion dip in the refrigerator than any spook to show us the 999 happy haunts we would be tripping over them.

im gonna make a ghost thread please check it out :tu:

it doesnt happen to anyone the ones who say it does have nothing more than a story, if thats good enough for them fine, belief isnt enough for me.

I suppose you would not feel like you are being judged if someone knocked you down when no one else was around and then ran off.  Some people may not believe your story because you have no proof.  You could have tripped, or maybe you didn't fall at all.   You don't know what others experience and just because they can't prove it to YOU does not mean it never happens. As for proof, who cares.  I know what happens to me, I believe similar things happen to others.  It is ok if you think "it never happens".  But why are you here, why bother?  Do you need some way to bolster your ego by telling people they don't know their own experiences?

I was scuba diving once and suddenly without warning was tumbling end over end. My first thought was I had been run into by a seal. I swam to a rock and backed up to it looking around me.

When my fear calmed down I realized what had happened. There was no seal, no big fish.

I could feel mild versions of it as I was still. A large wave hit the sea cliff and it caused a jet of water to come down and batter me.

It warned me to be extra careful because unexpected and almost unexplained things can occur to all of us.

why do buttchapped true believers always ask why a non believer is here? ive said many times for entertainment.

its your ego really that huge yet fragile that you want to attack me over your experence i didnt know until now?

does it make you feel all valadated to toss jabs and insults after i only said if belief is good enough for a person thats fine but its not enough for me, i didnt bash anyone.

my dad suffered from issues later in life where he would just fall down, he even told his doc it was like someone pushed him, but my dad didnt make a reach to ghosts , demons or supernatural, neither did his doc, my dad had ear rocks, vertigo and other neurological issues.

im 54 around 38-40 i started getting a weird woisey vertigo myself, it sucked, it sent my drdp and panic thru the roof, had to stop riding 2 wheels and move to 3 wheelers, i had lots of nervious issues and feared i was dying because i didnt make some jump to supernatural i saw a specialist who said i too had ear rocks.

i have a miraid of nervious type health issues since my 20, so many i could so easily subscribe to otherwordly supernatural fantasy notions,  i even worked in related areas to learn more but no, my issues are just health, mental, not supernatural, im good with that and i feel yours are too, and you should seek good medical help,  i dont mean that to insult you if you feel some supernatural being gets off knocking you down i accept you believe that, however you will some how have to find a way to be comfortable i dont share your belief and i would rather you do it without so much anger directed my way.

I did not attack you and right now you are the one calling names.  I know nothing of you or your families health issues.  You stated something as fact and I pointed out how it is possible you don't really know it to be fact.

The laugh was my reaction to your name calling.  I don't think your family issues have anything to do with that or with what I said that caused you to loose it and react like that.

i shared my family issues to show there are other prosaic reasons we fall down.

The point wasn't about falling down, it was about believing someone's story, or agreeing to the possibility that you weren't there so you don't know, whether it is something you have ever experienced or not.  You did loose it because you fixated on the "falling down" example and not the point I was making.  Calling names is loosing it.

a person doesnt have to be there to supply other possibilities to events, we can come up with possiblities from evidence provided.

anyway, this has been ran dry the dead horse is beaten, if you have to say your point was missed and im lost to feel validated and superior enough to move im im fine with that as im done with this topic i hope you can be to, get in that last word if you must.

My favorite bit of technology used by ghost hunters is the "Spirit Box".

That thing is just asking for auditory pareidolia to kick in.

again if ghosts were doing their thing like at disneys haunted mansion we wouldnt need ghost hunters to prove it, they would be down right pests, my daily talks with dad wouldnt have ended sept 2014 when he passed.
