sfhipchick Posted January 16, 2022 #46 Share Posted January 16, 2022 ^^ AGREE!!! lol ... it's the current state of affairs!! And, as long as I've had a decent night's sleep, and my cup of coffee, I'm bright-eyed and bushy-tailed! In fact, my husband and I are such opposites in this regard that we do our best to avoid one another until he's woken up properly and has had his coffee and breakfast. He's a total sloth and gets very crabby at my squirrel-like behavior and as I bounce around it makes me nuts that he's moving at 10% speed! I love traveling in our RV for so many reasons... ...but I don't like the often horrible and inconsistent internet connectivity that comes with the territory.
ant0n Posted January 16, 2022 #47 Share Posted January 16, 2022 My weak sense of smell (hyposmia) leads to a distorted and changing attraction to food. For example: I enjoy eating big shrimps... but I don't enjoy eating lobster or spiny loster so much (they actually taste nothing to me = no interest). At the same time, I naturally compensate each weak sense I have.
