Strange light formation filmed over Minnesota

Recommended Posts

Mystic Lake Casino has 12 spot lights that intersect to form an upside down teepee, St. Louis Park is north of Prior Lake and the casino sits at the top of a ravine so it wouldn’t be to much of a stretch.  The formation is odd though.

It's reasonable to assume that they may have changed the the pattern or maybe it was undergoing maintenance that night.  I use to shop at that Walmart and worked all over the metro area as a commercial driver and if the air quality is good they can be seen from miles away, sometimes they rotate and crisscross around. New residents that are unaware of them are often baffled the first time they notice them.  I would say that is what the OP source is witnessing.

Most UFO are easily explainable... don't need to panic.

Most paranormal thing that has ever happened.... until the next thing happens

That's a little unfair.

But very funny. ;)

Why, why, why do these clips appear? I mean they see something, they film for a bit and that is it. I am pretty sure that if there was anything real to this at all someone would film until they ran out of memory or passed out from fatigue.

Instead, its look, weird lights and then "whelp that's enough".

Whatever it is, it is not aliens from another world.

It's a viral ad to sell socks.

That's my story and I am sticking to it (until actual evidence shows  up)

This was filmed blocks from my house, but this is the first I've heard of it - probably because it's not a mystery.

Like someone else said, there are multiple places in the area that use complicated spotlight systems to flash all manner of shapes and patterns into the sky that can be seen from many miles away. This looks like that. They messed with me too when I first moved here, the city sky gets crazy sometimes.

I use to get a kick out of messing with new transplants.  I would let it continue for a while, all the while laughing under my breath.

My first thought since i didnt know about known advertising lights in the area was it looks very much like a string of leds,  there is a start then goes down loops around back to the open end ,  i could take a video very much like this with leds....

A short video clip showing a formation of twelve white lights in the sky over St. Louis Park has emerged online.

Dammit. See this is why we need to donate more to charity.

This guy is obviously the only person in the whole area who can afford a phone or camera. Its sad really.., we could have the proof, but nope. I'm disgusted at what we've become. For shame people.

Question is, did others saw this too?

I don't understand and find it hard to believe that these days anything UFO, only one person witnesses it but not at least 10+ people!

It's an aircraft or a drone. Has lights for the purpose of being observable. Aliens dont need lights they are much smarter than that

It's sooooo fake. Just a reflection off the car windshield. Why this site would even post this is my question?

Read the thread, the guy isn't in a car. It's a group of spotlights that are well known to most of the locals.

Golly gosh, do ya think they might just possibly shine them on the low clouds common in that location?

Maybe you should get out more, EoT.
