Herr Falukorv Posted March 7, 2019 #4 Share Posted March 7, 2019 I wonder if the guy in the car at 0:48-0:50 regretted his decision to take the car that day..
Nnicolette Posted March 8, 2019 #5 Share Posted March 8, 2019 I saw a storm like that in sacramento once about 10 years ago. It was this small localized bit that was nonstop striking. It was so scary that when i saw it coming i jumped in the car and drove home right before it got to me. 1

My wife and I were out in Portland, OR for a conference one year and were on the interstate coming back from Crater Lake and got caught up in the most spectacular electrical storm I've ever witnessed. Talk about "shock and awe". I'd have been afraid to be on foot, in the open. Man, was it breathtaking.
