well actually, going with the "radius" source, the "supination" i was alluding to is that which the radius bone (in the forearm) facilitates... 'supination' there refers (mostly) to the ability to turn the palms of our hands upward but hey! I'm flexible.... in the foot:

neutral -> low (gear)

okay, 'low gear' is a strong gear, but 'association' naturally includes opposites..
