All the world's major religions in one map

A picture says more than a thousand words, and that goes for this world map as well. This map conveys not just the size but also the distribution of world religions, at both a global and national level.

Strictly speaking it's an infographic rather than a map, but you get the idea. The circles represent countries, their varying sizes reflect population sizes, and the slices in each circle indicate religious affiliation.

The result is both panoramic and detailed. In other words, this is the best, simplest map of world religions ever.

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2019/03/this-is-the-best-and-simplest-world-map-of-religions/

I don't have any thoughts on it right now, just found it interesting.

I am still wondering how people still fall for religion. Maybe just me but you would think by now people should have learned it is mind control at it's core. Yes religion can help people but it has done a lot of bad to the world and has stopped knowledge and free thinking. I was part of it myself for years so I just wonder when will the world break free of the shackles of religion? I guess to each their own.

Hi Truthseeker

I grew up in an environment where everyone's mother was at home until I was about 10 yrs old when mom went to work full time as she did some temp work when I was 5 yrs old, such precious memories of mischief that was:whistle: There was no god or religion involved in certain aspects of community at that time. I would wander all over the neighborhood and when mom called there was a chorus of women telling me that my mom was looking for me as well as those that were telling her where I was. It wasn't till I was older that us left and right bog trotters got down to kicking each others a$$ on the weekends.:whistle:

Well I was the kid that asked to go to Sunday school.lol! My mom never was religious but I in fact did create a monster. As a kid I just wanted to learn and I didn't know any better at the time.lol! What I have found though people can get mind controlled very fast and never get out of it. I guess I got lucky because I was young but I always want to keep learning so me always researching things I guess just keeps me an open book and not stay in a certain program. I think people fall for one program and stay because they get used to it.

Hi Truthseeker

Unfortunately yes, some people unplugged themselves from life at some time in life, haircuts are a good example if your wearing a mullet or look like Elvis I can be fairly certain that the depth of inquiry is limited in their lives.

A person has to at some point in their lives that they control their minds whether they think so or nor and take the easy road and say the devil/aliens made me do it.

Self-delusion is everyone's greatest weakness

Could be and aren't we all under some kind of mind control? Either politics, religion and even in our daily life? Even our parents put us under a kind of mind control in what we do. No?

If you consider every influence as "mind control." Should we strive to escape it in your opinion?

Yes you should and figure out what is holding you back to make your universe better. If what controls you is good for you then go for it but if you are looking for something else start to look outside yourself and see what controls you and keeps you down.

Hi Truthseeker

My mind control is that it cost me cash to live and I work for my money and I control both my attitude and the money it makes. I think most of us control ourselves and some blame others when we fail.

Yes! I think this is a lot of the problem we have. Money controls us all. We want it and need it. You could always consider living off the grid. I do wonder what if millions of people started living off the grid? I think the PTB would have a problem. I did see a sad thing but happy idk driving through Chicago. A bunch of tents in an area. I wonder if those tent dwellers are happy? It is freakin cold in Chicago so I don't know but they are there. That is not off the grid living in my opinion but just saying.lol!

Hi Truthseeker

Living off the grid is more of a digital reality and not necessarily giving up comfort, depends on the target/situation. Yes, to a point money is a control if you let it be that. I look at what I need to be without a negative impact on my environment(my consumers) my line is giving them what they asked me to give them for what they will pay me to deliver.

You should look into melding as it has social implications.

Hi Acute

Just for clarification were they bald 2d balls or un-manscaped, not that I really care but science is what it is questions and answers and then one wonders just what is the percentage of hopeful porn stars verses well the rest of us.

Let’s not take this too far. I don’t want to have to censor LG’s link

Hi Acute

sorry for my glib attitude sometimes I get lost in things humorously unsaid in this medium of exchange. I have found much to laugh about in life be it good or bad.

@jmccr8

Don't worry about it!  We all self-censor on here, but when we get it wrong the Mods help us out. There's no shame in that.

I would rather be humorous than miserable anyday! :tu:
