If you look at video clips of Biden, he is consistently tactile.

Many years back, I worked with a woman who, at the end of any conversation, would have both hands on me, and I never even noticed it happening.

She was naturally warm, engaging, and interactive. It didn't mean a thing, and she did it to everyone, male or female, young or old.
