If true, leave it to Trump to play with innocent lives, in a condescending manner like this.

Trump isn’t the one playing with innocent lives.  It’s the ones that established the sanctuary cities in the first place.  Creating zones of lawlessness.

A lot of these people have relatives in places where they can receive some help. That’s a far better sanctuary than a certain place designated by the government.

It may be better for the illegal but hardly a bargain for the resident who lives there.

Lawlessness is separating families, lawlessness is separating parents from their children, that’s what I call lawless,  and most good people would agree.

People fleeing persecution, people looking for a better home to live, people traveling on the road, in need of help, is not lawlessness.

These are civil matters, for the most part. We don’t punish these his crimes, will either send people home, or we give them a hearing where they just tell their story.

Trump isn’t evil because he’s rich, he is evil because he hurts other people to get rich and to stay rich. That’s why Jesus taught that it’s easier for a rich man  to thread the eye of a needle, than to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

When Jesus was presented with the problem of too many mouths to feed, and not enough food to feed them, He found a way, that’s what a good nation does. Good nations don’t hurt people who are looking for help. They find a way.

More excuses. Twice the proposal was advanced. There is no more beds at the border and you want to yell lawless and criminal there also. Do you people even know what you are crying about anymore? It's Democrats yelling about releasing these people into sanctuary cities and see no conflict in doing so. I would have jumped at the opportunity. Who cares how they got there. There's a whole lot more where they came from. England seems to have a grip on this.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/trump-sanctuary-cities-migrants-democrats-border-wall-email-leak-a8866506.html

From above link:

The proposal faded when House Democrats ultimately relented on their demand for a decrease in the number of detention beds, a final sticking point in budget talks between the White House and House Democrats.

Give us a decrease in beds but don't send them to sanctuary cities. Just what do Democrats want? Other than to argue.

Most don’t go to these hearings, anyway.

And this makes them desirable?  People like this add to the strength of our nation?  These people become producers?

If Trump had his way, they would dig mass graves for these people and just throw them in.

That is very offensive hate speech.  But I’m not as petty as the Progs are.  I don’t want your statement removed.  I want it to stay so that everyone can see it.  It should be pinned to the top of the forum.

If Trump had his way, they would come in the right way and get in line.

No, we don’t have to call his critics phonies, they do it all on their own.

You have serious problems discerning sarcasm:

If it wasn’t for the US Constitution, Trump’s cult would’ve already dug mass graves by now.

Now that is delusional.  If Trump is the dictator that you think he is, he wouldn’t care about the Constitution, just like Obama.

He is perhaps the ideal example for the protections that the Constitution provides U.S.

No, it is Socialism that is the ideal example for the protections that the Constitution provides.  It was specifically designed to counter and prevent such governments from existing.

Is it lawlessness or a stiff necked interpretation of  separation of powers that rejects the Federal Government assuming authority where it has not been granted.  I have not heard of any city actively opposing ICE, just refusing to cooperate when the Constitution does not require it.  Might be a stretch but I will throw that out for thought.

Also a point of contention.  Obama was a Constitutional lawyer I believe.  President Trump is an outsider who gets things done because he doesn't give a rip about the Constitution if it gets in his way.   He may be a great guy, but he likely knows less about the Constitution than he does about the Bible.

I also know Trump's name isn't in the Bible no matter how much some people try to put it there.

I'm fine with the idea.  The only criticism I have is that Trump is basing his policies on ideas that would hurt Americans that disagree with him rather than ideas that would solve the problem.

Well then, all those that disagree could easily change their predicament by agreeing to freedom.  If they don’t then he is still helping a majority.  That is a lot more than the Progressives help in the long term.

There was a show I saw about abandoned places I once saw.  There are some whole towns that dried up.  Just get them back on the water and electric grid.  Many of those southern towns in CA that were related to mining.  Boron etc.  Some in mid west

You have to prove that the child belongs to the adult first.  Good parents do not drag their children across hostile terrain endangering their lives.  Most good people would agree.  If they cared about their children, they would have sought asylum in Mexico instead of forcing them to cross 2000 miles.  That is child abuse.  Most good people would agree.

People fleeing persecution, people looking for a better home to live, people traveling on the road, in need of help, is not lawlessness.

When enough of them get here, they’ll be facing persecution here because citizens will have reached the breaking point.  Uncontrolled migrations crossing sovereign borders *IS* lawlessness.  There are reasons for quotas.  To assure assimilation.

These are civil matters, for the most part. We don’t punish these his crimes, will either send people home, or we give them a hearing where they just tell their story.

You cross the border illegally is the first crime.  Committing the next crime to stay here becomes easier.  And easier still for everyone after.  You create a lawless population.

Trump isn’t evil because he’s rich, he is evil because he hurts other people to get rich and to stay rich.

Then anyone that sells anything hurts other people.  You’re just phobic of the free market system.

That’s why Jesus taught that it’s easier for a rich man  to thread the eye of a needle, than to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Jesus also didn’t teach stupidity.  Jesus was teaching perspective.  He wasn’t teaching against wealth.  Jesus wanted the individual to help his brother Man, not have the government steal from the wealthy and squander it on the needy.

When Jesus was presented with the problem of too many mouths to feed, and not enough food to feed them, He found a way; that’s what a good nation does.

And most people do not have the skill Jesus did of the endless cornucopia.

Good nations don’t hurt people who are looking for help. They find a way.

Good nations do not ruin themselves for short term relief.  Human resources go only so far.  If you over extend then the nation becomes destroyed and you create even more poor.  You have to impose quotas so that there will be enough resources for everybody.

The President’s oath is to defend this country from all enemies foreign and domestic.  Illegals seem to encompass both.  They are foreign invaders on domestic soil.  This is where the Necessary and Proper clause comes into play.  But the local authorities have also taken the same oath, so it is the local authority that is violating the Constitution.

I have not heard of any city actively opposing ICE, just refusing to cooperate when the Constitution does not require it.

The definition of ‘Sanctuary City’ is to not cooperate with ICE.  There is no time limit on defending this country.  It is required at all times.

Yes, he was.  There are two reasons to become a Constitutional lawyer.  To defend it or to usurp it.

President Trump is an outsider who gets things done because he doesn't give a rip about the Constitution if it gets in his way.

Quite the contrary.  He believes in the Constitution.  He’s tired (as are the rest of us) of the insiders corrupting it.  It’s those who have corrupted it that gets in his way returning this nation back to a Constitutional government.

He may be a great guy, but he likely knows less about the Constitution than he does about the Bible.

He doesn’t need to be technically accurate if his heart is true.  But it doesn’t take much research to understand the original intent of the Founding Fathers.  This is why it is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.  It’s not for the ruling elite.

Geez…  And what does beating children have to do with anything?  It would be nice if you tried to be part of the conversation.

Making someone innocent suffer because he can't get his way?  That's the exact same motive as wife beaters and child abusers.

And how will they suffer being taken out of detention and put into cities where they will be protected?
