From his earlier arrests, it doesn't seem he had a very smooth approach. Besides, most women wouldn't just go off with someone who tries to pick them up at a mall. It sucks that this happened. This guy needs a bullet to the head. It's a tough slope to go down to prevent these things. The guy had a record. So there is that, but I don't know if locking him up in an asylum should have been done. If so, for how long? Who decides this? What are the criteria to make the decision? The parents are hoping he will be released from the hospital in June.
