Facebook UK bans more Far Right groups

"Facebook has imposed a ban on a dozen far-right individuals and organisations that it says "spread hate".

The ban includes the British National Party and Nick Griffin, the English Defence League and the National Front.

The list also includes Britain First, which was already banned, but this latest action will prohibit support for it on any of the US firm's services.

It said it had taken the action because those involved had proclaimed a "violent or hateful mission"."

I haven't seen Nick Griffin since he got ripped to shreds on Question Time some years ago.

Is that what you called it?

Looked more like he was thrown in a blender and they hit "puree".

I left Facebook a long time ago because I like my privacy, so I never see this kind of drama anyway.

I am very careful about this. Social networks have proven that they do PR stunts with closing of some accounts, most recent in memory is Alex Jones alto he is in ''retarded conspiracy for whitewash of elites'' group rather than being far right :D but the logic behind it is the same.

It's like we do something for democracy and against fascism, but behind the curtains it's independent journalists who get silenced on daily basis, their work being flagged as inappropriate... And what news make headlines? Some far right jerks being 'censored'?

As for Farrakhan those accusations are being made against him for decades and he always point out that he ain't anti Semitic. I remember that many times he called all Rabbi's and other figures from other religions to debate him and prove that he is in the wrong.

No one ever replied to that request. He is calling for decades. Mr. Farrakhan has many wild claims but if Farrakhan is anti-Semitic than i am afraid about how true anti - Semite might look like.

Dangerous individual? For having his own view on religion, for believing that Jesus was Black (one thing is certain, Jesus wasn't white that's for sure) and for saying that Jews traded his people into slavery. It is his right to say what he want's and he didn't lie about anything, neither about Jesus nor about slavery. Of course, slavery was global elite thing, it has nothing to do with Judaism but is it anti-Semitic to say that some Jews some centuries ago had slaves, traded slaves?

Of course that it is not, that's called learning history.

One conclusion can be made here which is 100% correct, that is - if same standards would be applied all across the board then we would have to invent other forms of communication because talking would be offensive. Not to mention humor.

[edit] to add:

i am glad that Mr Snoopy shares my view too and has publicly supported Farrakhan. Many others follow, from 17 sec Snoop's message :
