Given its history however, finding someone willing to live there might prove a challenge.

Nothing to do with the crazy stories, more to do with the place being badly damaged by fire.

Might consider the land, but not for that rip off price.

Cool looking house.  Too bad about the fire.

Yeah too bad.

Does not look too cool now, unless you meant cool as in 'cooled down' now the fire is out?

note: no  double glazing.

Maybe the spooks did it.  Every time I ever watched a movie like Amityville Horror or Poltergeist, I always figured the easiest way to get the spooks to leave them alone was to threaten that if I had to move, the house would burn too! :P

Yeah, absolutely. that amount of money for a fire damaged property is insane.

And security fencing.

This wreck is getting better.

Reckon we should be the estate agents selling this.

The home is essentially a ruin now. Is land near Loch Ness actually worth that much? Somehow, I doubt it...But I know absolutely nothing about real estate in the Scottish countryside.

I guess you could buy the land, flatten the ruins, built a cafe and name it  "the magic ness" and charge £5 for filtered water from Loch Ness ;) claiming Nessy has swam in that very water.

Throw in a few  stories about wizards and charge £30 pp to attend  black magic rituals, obviously the price includes snacks like mini pizza and volle vonts and a glass of proscetto.

Didn't Jimmy Page own that?

Yeah he did. According to the article he didn't spend much time there.

I thought nessies home was up for sale that would have been a very wet place to live in.

Renovate it, make it into a B&B, point out Mr. Crowley's past, claim it is haunted and make some cash.
