Bridenstine has emphasized the importance of prioritizing planetary defense, stressing how this is just as crucial as other, more widely publicised NASA objectives such as the planned mission to Jupiter’s fourth-largest moon, Europa." Minimalists Posted April 30, 2019 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2019 Definitely a cause for concern...Apophis is due back around in 2029 but they do not see an Earth collision as previously thought....NEA's are definitely out there but it's the one we don't see coming that will get us like the one in Russia one mentioned in the article.....Especially if it comes in from the Sun like the Russian one did.... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
