In April of 2029 and asteroid named after the Egyptian God of chaos, Apophis, will pass appproximately 19,000 miles from Earth. Scientists are very excited because they will be able to see and study the surface easily. The asteroid will be visible to the naked eye as it passes. It will begin above Australia and continue to the west coast of the USA.
