Ya, he spoke in Dallas because he was rebuffed by New York City where he was supposed to be awarded Person of the Year by a Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. Bolsonaro is a terse, gruff person and is not well liked by leftists.  He and his wife are also being scrutinized in a graft scandal. Keep your eye on him. Not your usual SA leader.

Brazil figured out the hard way that they can't afford socialism. Like Venezuela they voted it in. It's easy to get in, difficult to get out.
