The OP's link did work when it was first posted, I read it at the time but it looks like it's since been removed.

We also have an ongoing thread about the Voynich manuscript, it's here:

As you can see it's been updated with various links reporting that the code hasn't been deciphered after all.

I think we can close this one now.
