There is mathematical evidence of extra dimensions in that the maths works and allows accurate predictions to be made. But there is no evidence of extra dimensions inside of particles, nor is there any evidence to indicate what size they are. Extra space dimensions apply to space, particles exist inside space. The extra dimensions of string theory are only there to explain gravity. And why gravity is so weak. We could skip them all together, by choosing quantum field theory instead. You can find fan-wiki's about series and even movie with several sequels, that will tell the story of a character, but to find spoilers from a stand alone old movie.... not easy!
