When I was a bachelor, I had stuff like that.  Not that piece, but just weird stuff.  Had a little statue of a black man made out of lava.   Very stereotypical and would be considered racist as heck now.  Have no idea what happened to it.

Shades of Eyes Wide Shut - filmed at Countess Iveagh's (Clare Hazell, former Epstein sidekick) Elveden Hall.  The statue's practically a direct reference to the film, except it's not red.  Maybe it was a gift from Clare to Jeffrey, for old times' sake.

Too bad nobody took pictures of the underground stuff on the island.  The island and the setting are truly memorable, but the house and furnishings don't impress me at all.  Pretty commonplace for a billionaire.  Though I guess Jeffrey's mind was always, always on other things, very young things.  What a shallow, preposterous narcissist.

Frankly I'm not surprised.  She's as much a narcissist as he, and she clearly has daddy issues that attached to him.  As she aged, his preference for others like Kellan must've privately galled her, since all she really had left to offer that others couldn't was her cache' with the high and mighty.  Her jealously was driving her, but all that exercise to stay fit (which I seem to remember she did) couldn't make up for his preference for the younger girls who procured for him, and 'assisted' him in ways that she once did.  To her it was abandonment by daddy, but she couldn't quit him for the same reason...which results in a kind of hate, including self hate.  Just my two cents. 

When are the transcripts of her testimony supposed to be released?  I thought we'd have them by now.

I had to go back to an old article to find the date of release. September 22 was the date of the hearing by the US Circuit Courts. Skliss had the date right. We should hear something soon.

I had no idea at the time of the people involved, only what he was doing.  He actually had a government appointment and was fired because he went through (embezled) 4 years budget in one year.  When he represented New Mexico it was not good, and when he was governor there were lots of obvious money missing and he was involved in all of it.  Not to mention he never lived in New Mexico until he ran as a representative of our state, and then he only had a residence but did not live here.  Just like GW, he was planted.
