The Florida mansion where Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused young girls has been bought by a real estate developer who plans to demolish it and start again, after three months languishing unsold.

The waterfront Palm Beach estate, just over a mile from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago, went on the market in July for $21.995 million.

On Monday, Todd Michael Glaser, a Florida real estate developer, told the Wall Street Journal he has signed a contract to buy the property, and was due to close on it in December.

He plans to tear the property down and replace it with a 14,000-square-foot 'Art Moderne home', he told the paper.  

'Palm Beach is going to be very happy that it's gone,' he said.

The property has been locked up for over 18 months, since Epstein's arrest, and has been graffitied with the words with the words 'GONE BUT NOT FORGIVEN' in blood-red paint.

A senior royal aide confirmed to the Sunday Times that “family discussions” had taken place — but said it’s unlikely he will resume an “official” role.

I just want to clear this up. Weinstein tested negative for Covid. He has other medical issues though. He hasn't been moved out of the prison that I'm aware of.

It's good that the building is being demolished. It's just disturbing and sad that the haunting memories will always be there even if something is put  in its place.

There will always be a huge cloud of suspicion over Epstein's suicide ruling. How did he manage to get all those sheets that are in that jail cell? I've wondered that since 60 Minutes first released the pictures. The empty upper bunk was lined with OTC medications and breathing equipment. I know the pictures inside the cell are here in the thread but I don't think the 60 Minutes program is. It contained autopsy pictures and Saru came in because he doesn't want the autopsy pictures in here. I talked to him. It's easy to find the program and the photos online if you want to see them. 

We have pictures of the Zorro Ranch, inside and out, after authorities went there. The ranch was put up for sale but I don't think there's been a buyer. I think if Epstein was alive, he would have gone to his home in Paris where he wouldn't face extradition and could hide in Europe. Little St Jame's was being watched way too closely.

I think he's dead but there was a perfect storm of circumstances that would have allowed him to commit suicide. Suspicions of him being murdered will never die down because of them. I don't think we'll ever really know.
