Epstein found Dead in Jail

After being found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019, the records show that the Bureau issued statements to journalists and Epstein’s family categorically stating he’d committed suicide.  The result was international news outlets universally and unquestioningly reporting that Epstein had taken his own life from the word go, despite Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson having reached no conclusion at that time, and making clear in a statement the next day that the investigation was open and ongoing.

It was not until August 16 that Sampson publicly declared Epstein’s death had been a suicide. The ruling was contested by leading forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, who’d been hired by the billionaire’s brother to monitor the autopsy process. Speaking to the Miami Herald two months later, he charged that “the autopsy did not support suicide,’’ and that the pathologist who conducted it had recorded this…….

……Sources familiar with the autopsy told the paper that the process had revealed several bones in Epstein’s neck, including the hyoid, were broken, and such breakages “are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation”than hanging……

……Whatever the truth of the matter, there is another supremely curious feature of the “psychological reconstruction” never hitherto publicized by any official or media outlet. A review of financial transactions associated with Epstein’s prison stay revealed that one of his attorneys “was depositing funds” into the commissary account of Efrain ‘Stone’ Reyes, Epstein’s final cellmate, “for unknown reasons.”…..

…..Reyes died in September 2020, five months after being released from the prison, due to a facility-wide Covid-19 outbreak, purportedly through complications arising from the virus. Subsequently, his niece told mainstream news outlets her uncle had frequently voiced intense skepticism that the six-foot Epstein could’ve hanged himself from the bunk frames in the cell, as they simply weren’t tall enough.

The RF may have put the pressure on him.

https://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory/prince-andrew-settle-sex-abuse-case-donate-charity-82908585

The Guardian has a really good write up about the settlement.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/feb/15/prince-andrew-lawyers-settlement-arrogance-jeffrey-epstein

Lisa Bloom, attorney for several of Epstein’s victims, said in a tweet that Giuffre had achieved “what no one else could: getting Prince Andrew to stop his nonsense and side with sexual abuse victims”.

“My clients and I see this as a monumental victory for Virginia and are just in awe of her courage,” Bloom told the Guardian. “She stood up … she did it not only for herself but for other victims. It’s really an inspiration.”

Bloom said cases such as these where “everyday people can stand up and get justice” provided hope to other victims. “Every time there’s a victory for somebody like this it goes a long way toward inspiring victims to stand up and stick with the fight,” she added.

Settlement money, which Bloom said surely amounted to millions of dollars, would go toward Guiffre’s charity and support victims who haven’t received news coverage and don’t have a celebrity name attached to their cases, she said.

However, Lewis said he was surprised the prince had not settled the case sooner. Asked if there had been “any element of arrogance” in the prince’s delay in settling, Lewis said: “That’s absolutely the case.”

“It’s true for Epstein, it’s true for Maxwell, it’s true for the Catholic church, it’s true for the prince … they think the law on some level applies only to everybody else.

The email from Maxwell where she said the picture of Andrew and Virginia, with her in the background, was real may have helped to sink Andrew's boat too. The picture was taken by Epstein.

I'll be an SOB! Ghislaine is convicted, Andrew settled and Jean Luc Brunel was found hanging in his French prison cell. Protesting his innocence so his lawyers say.

More Brunel/Epstein modeling/trafficking dirt:

Jean-Luc Brunel Found Dead in Jail Cell After Court Order to Provide Evidence of Minors Possibly Being Trafficked to Jeffrey Epstein’s Island

Feb 19th, 2022,

Quote

Brunel got his start working at Karin Models in Paris before creating the very successful global modeling agency Next. He became a giant in the industry due to his ability to scout superstar models, most notably Christy Turlington and Milla Jovovich. Then, in 2004, he launched a new shop in Miami called MC2 Model Agency. Court filings would later reveal that Epstein had put up close to $1 million to help launch the agency.

The launch of MC2 came after a damning 60 Minutes report in the late 1980s highlighted the stories of several young models who alleged they had been drugged and raped by Brunel and the head of Elite Model Management, Gerald Marie, who was once married to Canadian supermodel Linda Evangelista. Brunel and Marie had repeatedly denied those allegations.

There's more:

Quote

Brunel sued Epstein in 2015, claiming his notoriety tanked his modeling agency.  [...]   He and Epstein fell out after the latter served time behind bars as part of his sweetheart plea deal with Florida prosecutors in 2008 that saw him enter a guilty plea to two counts of soliciting a minor for prostitution. Brunel would later file a lawsuit against Epstein; it alleged that the latter’s notoriety caused MC2 Model Agency to collapse. Epstein managed to evade service of that lawsuit for years, but the case had finally started to move forward in 2019 just as Epstein found himself back behind bars. After Epstein died in his own prison cell, Brunel ultimately moved to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice.

He also figured in the Virgin Islands civil case against Epstein's estate.  Prosecutors had served his modeling agency MC2 and himself with subpoenas in the trafficking case.

He's the one who took the 12 yr old twins from France to the island to give to Epstein as a birthday present. He couldn't be extradited and for the longest time I didn't think France was going to ever arrest him in spite of all the victims from Europe who filed there. Brunel hid in Brazil for months after Epstein died and Ghislaine disappeared. The pictures and links are in this thread. It was thought she could have been there with him for a while. Epstein had a mansion in France too and the staff gave their depositions about what was going on there. That was a hangout for Prince Andrew too along with Bill Gates, Steve Bannon and others. The US isn't the only place where there's victims waiting to tell their stories in court.

Of course, they're all denying it.

It's probably time to get rid of all those titles.  How can you have a democracy and an aristocracy?  Their titles mean nothing any longer, not even whether they have money or not.

Supreme Court Turns Away Jeffrey Epstein Victim’s Petition on Dead Predator’s Infamous Non-Prosecution Agreement

Feb 22nd, 2022

Quote

The lack of victim participation in the deal that allowed Epstein to plead guilty to relatively minor state charges of procuring a person under 18 for prostitution and solicitation in exchange for a federal case never being filed by Alexander Acosta’s office was cited by Wild as a violation of the Crime Victims Rights Act of 2004 (CVRA).

This was her final appeal.

Epstein and his lawyers really pulled (paid ?) one off with that Florida prosecution agreement. Like the article says, he was allowed to entertain young girls while he was supposed to be in jail, a place where he was never kept.

Bill Gates’ relationship with “evil and abhorrent” Jeffrey Epstein was a factor in Melinda French Gates’s decision to divorce the Microsoft founder, she has revealed.

Speaking publicly for the first time since the couple announced their split in May last year, Ms French Gates, 57, said she “made it very clear” how uncomfortable she felt with her then-husband’s interactions with the convicted paedophile, but that the warning appeared to fall on deaf ears.

They always made it look like when Gates was at pedophile island and the Paris mansion or the Manhattan mansion that he was accompanied by Melinda. Obviously not.

Ghislaine Maxwell bid for retrial denied

A US judge has upheld Ghislaine Maxwell's sex trafficking conviction, denying her bid for a new trial.

Maxwell, 60, had complained that one of the jurors falsely stated before the trial that he had never been sexually abused.

Her lawyers argued the fact the juror had been abused in the past meant he could not be impartial.

I, for one, am happy to hear that her conviction will stand. The juror said he had been distracted while filling in the questionnaire and did not deliberately lie to get on the jury. Her sentencing is scheduled for June 28.

Maxwell is still awaiting trial on perjury charges for lying about her relationship with Epstein in depositions given in a previous trial. These documents are here in the thread to be read.

You do have to wonder whether all these allegations are motivated by financial gain and capitalizing on the mass-hysteria surrounding sexual abuse prevalent in contemporary society? Leaving aside Epstein for a moment (but I'd say he was a victim of warped moral attitudes), nothing was ever proven about Prince Andrew. It does seem as if we have a kangaroo court in place presided over by the sort of thugs who believe in bizarre conspiracy theories about Satanic cabals.

What were these young girls doing in the company of fabulously wealthy businessmen in opulent mansions in the first place? I'm sure it was terrible ordeal for them.

Prince Andrew made a settlement that ended his court case. The courts are now interested in Ghislaine Maxwell, who has been convicted and the conviction will stand.

Those making the allegations are liars motivated by financial gain.

I don't believe that. There is evidence of what Prince Andrew was doing and evidence of the interactions between Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell along with Epstein. It's in this thread.
