From ny post article, i want to know who the "and others" are :

Epstein and others organized a search party that located her and kept her captive by, among other things, confiscating her passport,” the suit says.

I wonder too. I know Ghislaine and Sarah Kellen were photographed on the island a lot. They spent a lot of time there.

When Epstein rewrote his will days before his death, he put everything into a trust and filed the trust in the Virgin Islands to protect his assets. How wonderful that the Attorney General there, Denise N. George, has filed suit to seize those assets now! It sounds like she has really built up a case about what went on there. This is exciting. The video talks about the girls being searched for. Some as young as 12 yrs old.

Dr Baden was on the Dr Oz show (with photos from Epstein's autopsy) that show burst capillaries in his eyes. He goes on to explain how in a hanging, the blood vessels are clogged off and the face is pale. With a manual strangulation, there is a backup of pressure and the little capillaries can rupture. They are best seen in the eyes.

I can't link to this for obvious reasons but it's an easy google search if you want to check it out.

I linked earlier that Courtney Wild would be in court in Miami today. A Federal Prosecutor has apologized to her and the other victims for violating their rights.

https://cbs12.com/news/local/federal-prosecutors-apologize-in-court-to-palm-beach-county-epstein-victim

A federal prosecutor made a stunning admission Thursday in federal court in Miami. She acknowledged her agency’s shortcomings dealing with victims of wealthy pedophile Jeffrey Epstein more than a decade ago, and apologized, specifically to a Palm Beach County woman seated in the courtroom.

MIAMI (CBS12) — “Courtney Wild is especially happy that the government finally in open court admitted to violating her rights and said that they’re sorry,” said Wild’s attorney, Brad Edwards, following the hearing.

Because of Epstein’s death, Judge Marra determined it was moot to proceed further with Wild’s suit. Wild appealed that ruling, maintaining the old Non-Prosecution Agreement should be thrown out, clearing the way for potential charges against alleged Epstein accomplices, who had been protected by the secret deal.Wild hopes the appellate court will send the case back to the judge in West Palm Beach."If he invalidates the Non-Prosecution Agreement, then Courtney can confer with the prosecutors about the other people who committed crimes against her," Edwards said. "And in their discretion, if they believe a prosecution is warranted, they could then charge those co-conspirators."

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is going to strictly curtail staffers' access to the internet and cell phones that they say contributed to guards failure to prevent Epstein's suicide. The union says it's because of understaffing.

A new law is being introduced today (Friday) to prevent plea deals like the one that Epstein received.

https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/politics/fl-ne-jeffrey-epstein-crime-victims-prosecutors-reform-20200117-7vnildrt6jhhbjcyi7mo4wrraq-story.html

Proposed new federal penalties for prosecutors, coupled with new powers for judges, are designed to prevent a repeat of the Jeffrey Epstein plea deal.

U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Broward/Miami-Dade County Democrat, and U.S. Rep. James Sensenbrenner, a Wisconsin Republican, are introducing the Crime Victims’ Rights Act of 2020 on Friday.

A key provision of the proposed law would add a notice requirement to ensure prosecutors notify victims of their rights. Judges will be able to remove or sanction prosecutors who violate the rules.

Miami Herald editor reacts to the Virgin Islands law suit. They say Epstein was still treated like royalty. His interview is in the first interview. Posting the second video in the link because it is excellent and informative.

A woman named Lesli Suggs has written letters to MIT and Harvard about their accepting contributions from Epstein. The Boston Globe is calling it a potential silver lining.

https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2020/01/16/potential-silver-lining-harvard-and-mit-taking-jeffrey-epstein-silver/AADzOvPUU6PD7j5GsK37aO/story.html

As details about Jeffrey Epstein’s depravity seeped out, Lesli Suggs felt a wave of revulsion, the same sick feeling she experiences whenever she learns about what has been done to a child who has been sexually exploited, trafficked, and abused.

Suggs is president and CEO of The Home for Little Wanderers, the oldest child welfare organization in the United States, so she and her team deal with the real, human impact of pernicious abuse on a daily basis.

We knew a while ago about Naomi Campbell's relationship to Epstein. Virginia Giuffre tweeted a message to her.

https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/ghislaine-maxwell-naomi-campbell-epstein-accuser

“You saw me at your parties, you saw me in Epstein’s homes, you saw me on the plane, you saw me get my haircut, you saw me on the streets, you watched me be abused. You saw me!” she wrote earlier this week, alongside hashtags for Campbell and widely reported Epstein associate, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell.

There's also an interview with Dr Baden in the link but no graphic pictures.

I did see a video of him talking about that and some other evidence. Most we've heard but the capillaries was new.

"The court papers also claim Epstein introduced her to President Trump when she was 14 years old, allegedly elbowing Trump and saying,

"“This is a good one, right?”

"“Trump smiled and nodded in agreement,” the suit states.

"A spokesperson for the President did not immediately return a request for comment."

No abuse by Trump. Sounds like he had no idea who she was or why she was there.  He gave a polite nod and moved on.

I'm trying to be fair to those mentioned that have no evidence of abuse, for example Clinton... many tales of him flying without SS and so far no girls claiming abuse. Chris Rock and Spacey flew but not hearing they did anything to anyone...yet. There is some discrepancies in the Dershowitz case but I'm hoping we'll find the truth with a trial.

Too many have claimed Maxwell was not only there but that she joined in for it not to be true.

Nodding your head is not evidence of anything...I think the fact that he personally banned Epstein from Mar-a-logo and offered to testify against him is leaning towards him being innocent. Why would he do that if Epstein had something to hang over his head.

There has been no allegations of physical abuse by either Trump or Clinton. Courtney Wild has said she was on the Lolita Express with Clinton and he behaved like a perfect gentleman. The articles say Trump nodded and chuckled, which tells me he had an idea of what Epstein was all about. A lot of people knew what Epstein was all about. Epstein thrived the way he did because people looked the other way. Trump is no more guilty here than the many others, including Bill Gates.

https://www.insider.com/famous-people-flown-jeffrey-epsteins-private-plane-lolita-express-2019-7

To Trump's credit, he did ban Epstein from Mar-a-Logo when he heard about abuse taking place there and he did cooperate with authorities in their investigation. Clinton had a lot of photographs and paintings found in Epstein's homes but, to the best of my knowledge, there weren't a lot found of Trump that were not taken in a public place. He was only listed as flying on the Lolita Express once. You can't make an abuse case unless someone testifies that Trump or Clinton physically abused them in some way.

Really, the irony of it all! A plaque was put on Epstein's NY mansion regarding Alan Dershowitz and his massage, which I actually thought took place in Palm Beach. Never mind that George Stephenopolous, who is covering the impeachment trial for ABC, ate more than one meal in that mansion, as was Katie Couric. And Jimmy Kimmel covers it every night without mentioning his good buddy, Chef Adam Perry Lang, was Epstein's private chef on Little St James, among other mansions, for years. Epstein's reach among the elite is far reaching!

https://gothamist.com/arts-entertainment/alan-dershowitz-historic-landmark-plaque-goes-jeffrey-epstein

This is just all too strange. Media acting like they never had anything to do with him or knew about him at all.

Publicist Peggy Siegal is comparing the coverage of her ties to Epstein with the Holocaust.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/public-relations-maven-peggy-siegal-compares-bad-press-over-her-jeffrey-epstein-ties-to-the-holocaust

Public relations powerhouse Peggy Siegal, whose ties to pedophile Jeffrey Epsteinhave made her a pariah, compared negative press coverage to the Holocaust and being sent to a concentration camp.

The former A-lister is one of many high-profile Manhattanites accused of welcoming multimillionaire Epstein with open arms after he was convicted of sex crimes in 2008. Siegal has admitted to inviting Epstein to several of her high-society events, exchanging favors with him and hosting a dinner at his home, though she says he was never a client.

https://nypost.com/2020/01/21/power-publicist-peggy-siegal-compares-coverage-of-her-epstein-ties-to-the-holocaust/

The PR maven told Vanity Fair in an interview published Monday that she was shaken by the press.

“I’m going, this can’t be happening,” she recalled. “This is what it’d be like to go to your own funeral.

“Or to be a casualty of war,” she told the paper, mentioning her ancestors who died in the Holocaust. “I mean, if I had been in Nazi Germany, it could not have been worse.

not defending him in any way, but from all info posted about his island, and girls, i never once saw anywhere that he forced girls, no one was screaming "get me out of here" but was held against their will, all came to his island willfully, and knowingly,  all engaged in sex with his friends consensually, sure some were too young, but they also went there on their own free will. or am i missing something?

i think he was brought down for reasons we are not told, something that had little to do with girls,

You aren't reading the articles and the links. The one two posts above you is a very good one. These victims were chased down. And 11-14 yr olds can't consent to anything. No minor really can.
