I'm on page 108 in the newly released documents. A lot about the massages. Again, Ghislaine keeps tripping herself up. Some of the redacted names I can think up from what I knew from research before.

A lawyer representing alleged victims of convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein in the UK is calling on others who may have been abused by him to come forward as a deadline approaches for a victims' fund.

Jill Greenfield, head of personal injury at law firm Fieldfisher, has been advising on potential proceedings against the Epstein estate over allegations of sexual assault.

The final date to file new allegations is 8 February.

Will Maxwell name others who were involved?

https://komonews.com/news/nation-world/the-million-dollar-question-in-ghislain-maxwells-case-will-she-name-others-involved

I really hope others out there who were abused find the courage to step forward and file suits. There were hundreds of young girls abused by Epstein.

The court just ruled against Ghislaine that Annie Farmer does not have to disclose any amount she may have gotten in compensation from Epstein's estate.

The Virgin Islands have had his property there frozen for a long time. They allowed victims' payouts but now seem to have moved to freeze those assets also.

Ghislaine Maxwell alleges abuse by guard in federal jail

I thought she was under constant surveillance. It shouldn't be hard to view the tapes and see if there is a break in the coverage and what guard or guards were present. Not that I have a lot of sympathy for her. Not after how she treated dozens and dozens of young victims of her and Epstein and the rest of their crowd. There's been a lot of these searches done and she never reported abuse before. The prison should look into it.

British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell has offered to give up her UK and French citizenship in exchange for bail.

Ms Maxwell is accused of helping the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein groom young girls, which she denies. She is due to stand trial in July.

In a court filing, her lawyers said she had no desire to leave the US.

She's pulling out all the stops to try and get bail. She really wants out. I don't think the judge will release her though. The court just doesn't trust her.

I think they don't only want her not to leave the country, but they don't want anything to happen to her, like Epstein. Either done herself or by someone who doesn't want her testifying in court. They're going to keep a close watch on her.

Ghislaine Maxwell's family slam 'bizarre and cruel' US legal system for subjecting the socialite to 'brutal and degrading' treatment in jail – and deny she sex-trafficked children.

She's in prison for a very high profile case. She could be in prison for a very long time. No one did this to her but herself. She doesn't have the luxurious lifestyle she's always had. I'm sure prison life isn't appealing to her. It isn't to most people but it doesn't stop them from doing what they do. If you read the depositions that were released, there's a real good chance she lied about her role in Epstein's affairs. Her victims' lives were pretty degrading too and they will get justice if warranted. The courts aren't going to take any more chances with her.

Her trial is in four more months as long as her attorneys don't keep filing motions to delay it. It sounds cold but it's no colder than she was when the shoe was on the other foot. She will have her day in court.

Not to go off topic, but I just wanted to say, a Tennessee operation has rescued 150 missing children. Good job to the people who did this.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s brother says that none of the accused sex trafficker’s family members knew where she was before her arrest — nor that she had been married for years.

Complaining that his sister was being unfairly portrayed as a “monstrous creature,” Ian Maxwell told The Sunday Times of London that it was “simply a lie” that the media heiress had been hiding out from cops.

Yet despite insisting she was merely laying low from the press, he admitted that none of his family knew her address or even her phone number — and could only make contact through her lawyers.

Sounds like she didn't want her family contacting her. They never wondered why?

Her brother also admits the photo of Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre was taken in Ghislaine's home.

He also says Epstein ruined her life. Ya think? The face Ghislaine presented to her family and the public wasn't the same one that she presented in Epstein's company and to the many victims. If she was that sweet, why did they not wonder why they couldn't even call her on the phone? They didn't know where she was?

Let's not pretend that the entire Maxwell family is anything but shady.  I'd take anything they say with a huge lump of salt.  Anyway, I don't think this has been posted here though it's a couple weeks old:

Ghislaine Maxwell ‘told reporter that Epstein had tapes of Trump and Clinton’

Feb. 22, 2021

Quote

Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly told a journalist that Jeffrey Epstein recorded tapes of former presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, who were former acquaintances of the disgraced sex offender.

Ms Maxwell, who awaits trial on charges she assisted Epstein’s crimes in the 1990s, reportedly told a CBS “60 minutes” producer that she would not release tapes of Mr Trump without those of Mr Clinton before the 2016 presidential election.

https://news.yahoo.com/jeffrey-epstein-had-tapes-donald-134604515.html

There are other concurrent reports on this from gossipy sources like The Sun, TMZ, Telegraph, etc. but none of the major news outlets, as far as I could find anyway with a very limited search, so perhaps taking this one producer's word for it that Ghislaine told him this revelation, and that it was true, may also need to be taken with a large grain of salt.  Still, the timing of the report is interesting.  There may also be some signalling going on, to the notion that Ghislaine independently has the goods on some very powerful people, and that maybe they should be concerned about her happiness.  Just guessing on my part, of course.

Looks like the revelations about billionaire Leon Black's suspicious financial ties to Epstein are continuing to nag him:

March 14, 2021

Quote

Leon Black in Talks to Step Back From MoMA – Leon Black is reportedly in discussions with New York’s Museum of Modern Art about stepping back as chairman of the board amid recent revelations about his ties to the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. After a number of artists voiced opposition to Black’s continued relationship with the museum, several trustees are said to have approached Black about vacating his leadership role when his term ends on July 1. It is unclear whether Black plans to remain on the board, where he has been a member since 1997. If the museum cuts ties to Black, it could risk losing access to his storied art collection, which includes Edvard Munch’s The Scream and a $47.9 million drawing by Raphael.

Judge Rules Some Ghislaine Maxwell Details Are Too ‘Sensational and Impure’ to Be Revealed to the Public

Quote

A federal judge in Manhattan on Thursday ruled on a series of redactions proposed by Ghislaine Maxwell and prosecutors regarding a compilation of transcripts submitted under seal by the government last month.

After reviewing arguments from both sides, U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan allowed most of the government’s redactions to remain in place over Maxwell’s objections while also adding several additional redactions at her request.

Leon Black feels the squeeze from financing Epstein:

Leon Black Departs Private Equity Giant Apollo Months Earlier Than Expected

Quote

Mar.22, 2021 -   [...]     In January, Black revealed plans to resign as Apollo CEO in favor of Rowan at the end of July, but noted at the time he would remain as the company’s chairman. Now both of these changes have been moved up to Monday. Earlier this year,  legal firm Dechert LLP cleared Black of any wrongdoing in connection with his professional relationship with Epstein. Dechert’s independent investigation found that Apollo never retained Epstein for any services; that Epstein never invested in any Apollo-managed funds; and that Epstein only advised Black on trust and estate planning, tax issues and other philanthropic endeavors. Dechert also stated that the $158 million in fees paid to Epstein by Black were intended to be “proportional” to the value provided by Epstein’s services. Dechert also found no evidence that Black nor any Apollo employees were involved in any way with Epstein’s criminal activities. [...]

Ghislaine will probably 'commit suicide' and end up on the same island as Jeff.

I don't see Ghislaine getting bail. Her trial will start in July. She won't be given a chance to do herself in either. She's being watched like a hawk.
