itsnotoutthere Posted August 22, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2019 (edited) "We missed 240,000 EU migrants, admit the people who count them" Long-term migration from the EU has been underestimated by as much as a quarter of a million people, the Office for National Statistics said yesterday, leading to claims that the figures should not have been relied on to set policy. The ONS said that the error affected the number of migrants coming from eight eastern European states before March 2016, which means that the official immigration measure is to be downgraded to “experimental” statistic status. Might go some way to explain the housing crisis. Funny, but some years ago I remember commenting on a thread on this topic that I believed that the official population figures were probably incorrect and that it was most probably much larger and remember it being implied I was a racist for saying such. Seems I was right. And I suspect the quarter of a million figure is an underestimate too. Edited August 22, 2019 by itsnotoutthere 3
+and-then Posted August 22, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Look on the bright side, mate, with the plans the EU have for the future, that 1/4 million is just a "rounding" error 1
freetoroam Posted August 22, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2019 We said the count was wrong years ago. And this does NOT include the illegals. Now see how many are having children here. Quote About 58 per cent of births in the capital were to foreign-born women, rising to a record 76 per cent in the borough of Brent. In the boroughs of Ealing, Westminster, Harrow and Newham more than 70 per cent of births were to foreign-born women. Slough was the local authority outside London with the highest proportion, at 63 per cent. Births to foreign-born mothers have risen by a fifth in the past decade, https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/up-to-75-of-babies-are-born-to-migrant-mothers-in-parts-of-uk-j2xv9r858# This little islands future is **** ed .

We've had three or four times that figure as migration into the UK . These figures are risible. Edited August 22, 2019 by RoofGardener

We're still here and yet dominant religion during Romans was paganism, then after Rome fell, Christians took over by installing Christianity, just like when Muslims get to certain % they will turn your country into theirs, and Islam will be dominant religion. if not the only one allowed, i'm not sure what you comment was supposed to do? contradict my theory? it only supports it. The point is that Christianity didn't destroy us. We still dance round the may pole and burn effigies at Samhain (or a few days later). And drink cider. Women's rights, homosexual rights, intolerance of other faiths, barbaric practices of animal slaughter, female genital mutilation (granted, Christians practice circumcision,) belief in a global Caliphate, slavery, Sharia law, "no-go" zones, strong classism (Muslims and non-Muslims), following a warlord's guide to conquest (aka the Quran), etc. If you can't see the difference between Christianity and Islam, I invite you to visit a Muslim nation and test the limits of tolerance. You'll find the difference between the two religions to be very apparent. Given the choice, I will take Christian rule 10 times out of 10. Don't swallow Saudi Arabia's propaganda - they outspend almost every Federal agency in the world funding it.

There aren't any are there? Because a Christian state was also so bad we overthrew it time and again. Edited August 22, 2019 by Setton
Essan Posted August 22, 2019 #16 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Muslims are well integrated into our society. From keeping the corner store alive to creating our national dish. I don't think they will be burning us at the stake for prescribing penicillin (as the Christians once did) any time soon.
