Still Waters Posted August 30, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2019 A Scottish artist is using gunpowder in creating his artwork. Falkirk-born, Inverness-based Frank To fires and infuses the powder onto metallic plates as part of the process in making his drawings. His aim is to promote peace by using a "destructive element" to create depictions of life. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-highlands-islands-49509060
Gwynbleidd Posted August 30, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 30, 2019 Wow, I've never heard of gunpowder being used as a medium. It looks superb by the looks of the pieces he's done.
