There's been a lot of questionnaires and polls like this popping up on my Facebook feed.  It's more of a means for them to gather your name, address, email, and phone more than anything else.  You would think after Cambridge Analytica that people would learn, but no.  Stuff like this still works.  Don't ever remember seeing a clause saying that they won't sell this data either.

It was basically a series of questions along the lines of,

1. Who do you support?

a) Trump

b) corrupt democrats

Not exaggerating. This was the first question, and all the rest were very similar. If anyone with skillz wants to retrieve and paste for me here is a link. My tablet doesn't seem to want to copy paste it.

The reason I asked was that I just got a mailing from the RNC that was titled 2019 Congressional District Census.

The questions weren't unreasonable or leading, in fact, I was impressed that those who drafted it really seemed to want to learn about the priorities of the constituencies, along with raising $, of course.  My favorite question was first:

Do you generally identify yourself as a:

Supporter of President Trump, but not the Republican Party.

A supporter of the Republican Party, but NOT President Trump.

A supporter of BOTH.

A supporter of NEITHER

It is pretty sad to be at the point where you have to give fake personal info to the president and his campaign when answering his surveys because you fear he might abuse or sell it.

 

But on a side note.  It's really weird that access is forbidden on what is supposedly an official website.  Makes me wonder if it is a complex spoof by a hacker to try and get Trump supporters to give personal information out.  Either that or the president is censored.

maybe it has to do with other countries blocking it, and nothing to do with administration,

lamo,  it has 0 to do with administration, and everything with misuse of data, by companies who make those surveys, which would be the case with any dems questionnaire, as well,.

yea i can, it seem to be, and it makes little difference, any data you send over internet can be intercepted, it is just  common sense, not to put it out there, trump or no trump.
