He is in Russia because he would be prosecuted in the U.S. If he wants to come home he needs a good attorney. Its called alerting everyone to a crime. Is it fair he gets the death penalty for it? No. Its also fair to say if someone had told all the people what the trains were for, it would had been much harder for the SS.
