A relative of the Basques and Corsicans and a member of the Atlantic Megalithic Culture. Cool!

I wouldn't kick her out of my cave.

Im from Gibraltar. Historically we keep punching above our weight. Interesting historical tid bit - a Neanderthal skull was found in Gibraltar before the one found in the Neander Valley in Germany, but the latter was identified as a separate hominid species before our own skull and was given the name NEANDERthal. It could have gone down as Gibraltar man if we (British Colonial Authority) had identified it first.

Kinda related...

"Experts have painstakingly recreated the craggy, freckled face of a 15th-Century Scottish warrior who was buried with five decapitated skulls in a crowded grave in the Scottish Highlands "

My uncanny valley must be deeper than yours.

I don’t trust her!

I wonder how accurate it really is though?

Looks pretty much like someone you might meet in Spain today.

Interesting that she had 90% DNA from Turkey. She, or her parents/tribe, must have migrated a long way. Maybe the 7000 years ago version of gypsies?

Does she have a sister by any chance?

Seriously though, what would be interesting is if we could locate her closest living descendants today...

Bill Clinton made a similar comment once about an Egyptian mummy that was a princess of some kind.  Bless his heart...

I do also.  I think it would be interesting to sit in on some lectures that explain the measurements and processes they use to obtain a result.

She seems to have quite a modern top on for her era. Next must have had a sale on.

Exactly.

All good and done well to satisfy.

I want them to also publish their possible worst representation.
