Ok, you can eat 4 cows, 6 pigs, 500 sausages, 3 sheep and 1 egg but only the white, you don't want to over do it.

Meat slows you down and drain your energy.

Why would you even want to eat that?

A  whole food plant-based diet has the power to not only prevent heart disease, diabetes, obesity, hypertension ect. but also manage and even reverse those conditions. Something no drugs has ever done. Our bodies weren't really designed to eat a high-meat diet. In fact, the less meat consumed, the more healthier you become.

It does slow you down.  Ask Nate Diaz, a MMA fighter on a vegan diet who, on short notice, beat his opponent who consume tons of meat.

Is being vegan one of them?

Almost nobody in MMA can match the volume and work-rate of Nate Diaz. He can absord a tremendous amount of damage and seems to never get exhausted or tired! He beat his opponent without a real training camp on the first matchup.  He credits a raw vegan diet, (which the most restrictive form on plant-based eating) for his success.

It might just be me, but I'm rather tired of the whole vegan superiority thing. I mean "You rather eat plants. Yeah, no one cares."
