(They would have known the weather and such conditions). Also raises suspicion that this is not their first incident?? Repeated claims of hospitals having more than their fair share of activity which makes sense in a way with the increased intensity of trauma and emotions in such a place. The wheel chair first moves with a strong gust of wind in a direction that knocks the wheel chair up and back a little bit coinciding with the movements of all the bushes.
