Explaining the Ranking System

I notice that on everyone's profile there is a ranking system and its based on how much the person has posted during their membership here. For example mine says Psychic Spy. Is there a link that explains that system in more detail?

Q. How do I set a custom profile title under my avatar ?

You need to have 1000 posts or more in order to unlock the option to set a custom title.

I don't think the ratings have changed as long as I have been here, or even from the begining..?
