The investigation, launched more than three years ago, determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley this week and released on Friday. The 38 are current and former State Department officials but were not identified. The Washington Post said a report "concluded there was no systemic or deliberate mishandling of classified information by department employees.: An unclassified report detailing the investigation was sent to Sen. Chuck Grassley, an Iowa Republican and a member fo the Senate Judiciary Committee, and he released it publicly Friday afternoon. The Associated Press was first to report on the findings. The investigation found 91 separate violations of classification rules. The report said the use of personal email by Clinton posed an "increased risk of unauthorized disclosure." "While the use of a private email system itself did not necessarily increase the likelihood of classified information being transmitted on unclassified systems, those incidents, which then resulted in the presence of classified information upon it, carried an increased risk of compromise or inadvertent disclosure," the report stated. But, it added that those interviewed for the report were aware of security precautions that were needed. "While there were some instances of classified information being inappropriately introduced into an unclassified system in furtherance of expedience, by and large, the individuals interviewed were aware of security policies and did their best to implement them in their operations," the report also said. My thing is that I really just do not care who that man endorses. If the media wasn't obsessed with him then he would fade into obscurity along with the few supporters he has. Tulsi is a Samoan American and Hindu. The media uses that man's comments to suggest people are white supermacist, which would be such a joke in this case, though it always seems like a joke in every other case too. No doubt the Dems will be out in full force with paid people on buses traveling from one polling booth to the next, just like they did last election. I am disgusted to think that a supposed first world country such as the USA, still have an absolutely ridiculous system, leaving it open to corruption where voters don't have to present ID to vote in your nation's elections. In 2016 he tried running for a Senate seat, under what party it doesn't say but Republican organizations are quoted as saying they would not support him "under any circumstances". When someone on the edge of obscurity endorses a front runner, they are only doing so because they want to be relevant again. I doubt Duke has even read Gabbard's platform. Besides, an endorsement barely means anything as far as the endorsee's beliefs go.
