Oh, I think you are being awfully harsh ?

When we leave under the Boris deal, I think it will actually go quite smoothly. The separation IS a complex issue, and there are bound to be hiccups, but with good will on both sides I'm sure we will overcome them.

I don't think it is a "mess" at all ?

I was - obviously - referring to the tedious process towards an exit, which has been dragging on for years.. and can be likened to a badly written soap script.

Wish you all the best of luck, I really do. If you prosper, it may open the gates for more to follow..

They have to have something to smile about. When the guy who sits opposite from me came in on Friday you'd have thought somebody had shot his kids.

Phew..... pleased to hear it.... :tu:

my recent political bet is for Bloomberg to be Democrat Candidate in 2020 US elections..
My stakes are usually VERY modest but I was moved to put £20 @ 16/1 and then £5 @ 25/1
the odds are tens or below now... so I just nipped in in time...

nice work :)  and good luck :tsu:

Thanks for the 'pro Brexit' statement...

To be honest I think both Corbyn AND Johnson were smeared... but by different factions..
those factions being the military re Corbyn and the Globalists (NWO) re Johnson..

???

I can't think of one thing said about Corbyn that wasn't true, what got me more than 'fake news' was 'fake outrage' this was done by the whole Labour party and they're still doing it' the child like snowflake 'we're all going to die' hyperbole was a big turn off and people got sick of it.

Indeed. The amount of over-analysing is ridiculous. All you need to know is, 3 main political parties. 2 pushed for remain 1 pushed for leave.

2 parties got their a**s kicked, 1 party won spectacularly ……..end of analysis, game over.

Oh it really has. Mainly because you still have no idea what's wrong with it. I couldn't have made it much more obvious. I probably still have the happy kangaroo stamp I used with KS1 if you spot it.

You really like playing to the stereotype, don't you?

bolded...

I will take your word for that regarding before this election... I was remembering a bit of a hoo hah when
Newsnight were accused of trying to fix a Putin / Russia / Corbyn link in the minds of the public when the
Skripal 'incident' was going full swing...

The great Jeremy Corbyn Russian hat conspiracy?

People did get sick of the constant fake outrage and scaremongering and lack of support for Brexit and
Corbyn and Labour were punished...

on the 'we're all going to die' hyperbole...

I just looked for this clip of Blair doing a full on Project Fear speech about "six days to save out future"
(six days before the election) I bet he was furious that Corbyn okayed a General Election...
and is saying here that mixing a GE with 'Begzit' wasn't democratic.... oh yes he was fine when the
Remain MPs were blocking and squeezing Brexit but he knew that come an election there was a serious
threat to his mission to stop 'Bregzit'... when the Remain MPs could be replaced...

so just for fun here it is...

that's true.... also the British Public don't like to be played for fools and called names by
people who seem to have lost all sense of reason and emotional balance...

This election was sweet revenge on all of them who disrespected Leave Voters...

And now it's time for Boris to steer Brexit into calmer waters...
It's a huge responsibility that he has on his shoulders but I think he's up to the job..
He must have been so relieved (from a personal point of view) not to have had the
humiliation of losing after being PM for such a short time...

I thought that when he cast his vote... with the dog.... I thought he looked quite worried ...
but he was vindicated when the gamble payed off and that's why he's so grateful to the
working class voters who switched to Conservative for this election and trusted him...

Its ridiculous to call nationalisation of certain public services 'communism', and strongly implies a high level of framing / conditioning.

Hey, it's ridiculous to call everybody who voted for brexit a thick racist, but they did. That too implies a high level of conditioning.

I was amazed at the Sedgefield (Blair territory), turn around as those folk have been RED since before WW2, now Tony can't keep spouting lies and running around as a British envoy , now Boris has to keep to his promises to keep these people blue , because if he doesn't they will soon turn anti tory ,and that will be for ever.

Get the spending on the NHS sorted, turbo charge the economy. cut the red tape and let UK business trade with the world unhindered by EU external tariffs and we'll be away, I'd rather we had a FTA with the U.S.A superpower 50 states versus the EUs 27, at least the U.S can afford our goods. .US and commonwealth account for 40% of trade, compared to EU 14%. get a FTA with U.S, Canada, China, Japan Australia, New Zealand. great diversity.

Hot Mic Moment Exposes Insane Sleaziness Of British Political/Media Class

There’s a wildly under-appreciated clip of news footage from Thursday’s general election in the UK that, now that everyone’s had some time to emotionally process the emotional fallout from that depressing night, needs more attention.

Labour MP and chronic left-puncher Jess Phillips appeared on Channel 4 to talk about how devastated she was about the news of exit polls showing her party’s crushing defeat, except the cameras switched on before she was prepared and caught her in the middle of a joyful chuckle. It took several seconds and the overt reminders from the show’s hosts to put on a “straight face” and act emotional before she could conceal her cheery mood as Corbyn’s Labour leadership was trampled underfoot by odious empire lackey Boris Johnson.

Watching the stumbling improvisation that came next feels like walking into a room full of awkward silence when your supposed friends had just been saying mean things about you, or seeing your spouse conspicuously jump away from an attractive coworker when you drop by the office.

For months the imperial media have been loudly anointing Phillips as the establishment choice to replace the unabashedly socialism-minded Corbyn, as Kit Knightly described for Off-Guardian back in March. This coronation-by-media continues today with outlets ranging from The Guardian to Daily Mail to Telegraph placing her on the short list to assume leadership of the Labour Party over the last couple of days.

Phillips’ hot mic moment, and the mad scramble of the show’s perception-managing pundits to clean it up, provides us with a brief glimpse behind the phony persona that the empire’s political/media class put on for us. Should Bernie Sanders by some Corbyn-like miracle overcome the rigged primaries and receive the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination, we may be absolutely certain we’ll see a campaign to sabotage his run and force a loss to Trump in the US elections next year. And we may be absolutely certain they’ll cackle about it just as Jess Phillips did when she thought the cameras were off.

These people aren’t like you and me. They don’t care about truth, and they don’t care about human beings. They rose to the positions they occupy within media and politics by consistently demonstrating that they’ll do whatever it takes to advance the interests of the oligarchic empire while giving the people the bare minimum possible to prevent an insurrection. They’re where they’re at precisely because they don’t care about truth or people. They care about their own dominance within our sick dominator culture, and when they achieve it, they smile, and they celebrate, and they laugh.

Interesting, but not unexpected.. or undeserved! That vile 'Communist', 'anti Semite', 'Pally Apologist', 'Putin Shill' traitor Corbyn fully deserves to be hung out to dry by his own party members.

The nerve proposing to nationalise essential public services, being anti interventionist, anti nuclear arms and even ending the armssales to that unwaverable ally in the ME, Israel! What a bloody moron.

Luckily, the British People rose up in the nick of time to stop this incompetent fool in his tracks.. and elected The Great Boris Johnson to Make Britain.. well.. Great Again. Yay!
