"Alien Bases" Found On Jupiter Moon

Scott C. Waring found these structures when looking at a NASA photo of the moon IO. It is a moon of Jupiter. There were two main structures that are visible. One is a giant bowl shape structure that measures over 50 km across! The other is a large structure built into the ground that is over 100km across.

The suggested sizes makes me wonder why they think these are alien (as in not natural to the moon) structures.  Can’t see it myself.  I couldn’t see anything that screamed artificial.  Convince me!

The image is 21 years old and all of a sudden an alien build structure is found. Sounds legit.
