Thousands of planets could orbit a black hole

I don't see any problem with this idea. I do think though that these planets probably would all be just dead and frozen.

It will take some more time until scientists will discover and accept that black holes are responsible for creating a massive Vortex like movement  engage and galaxies into a Perpetual move

Around a black hole they are more likely to be dead and scorched.

Black holes tend to have an accretion disk around them. This is a disk around the event horizon of black hole formed by the material,such as gas and dust, falling into the black hole. As it orbits this material is accelerated to massive speeds, this causes it to heat up and emit vast amounts of heat and radiation.
