With him it's "Bluster very very loudly about Fire and Fury and wave your Big Stick about to show everyone that yours is so much bigger than everyone else's". If everyone just smiled and nodded and said "yes, that's amazingly big, O Donald", it'll keep him happy.

Weirdly im gonna kinda support Trump on this one. I think that the most likely scenario is that even if Trump hadnt been duped by playing patty cake with Kim over these years we would probably be having much the same conversation about their belligerence as a nation. Im not sure what else he's supposed to say.

While we are getting ready, South Korea will have already overrun half the North. They'll be camped on the south bank of the Yalu River, long before China could mount any kind of effect intervention.

China won’t intervene unless North Korean refugees try to get into Mainland China. And in that case they’ll send them to a re-education camp and give the South a load of money in exchange for “a future favour”.
