How will Impeachment play out?

He won't have to.  Pelosi and the Dems will fail to send their sham impeachment to the Senate where it would certainly suffer immediate termination.

This is as good as it gets for the anti-Trumpers...they have had their symbolic, meaningless "vote" and tomorrow Nancy will have a giant hangover.

Then the other shoe drops.

Is that because Pelosi needs Dental care?

History has unfolded. Donald J. Trump has been impeached for abuse of power and obstruction of congress.

History will forever remember him as so uniquely corrupt that he is only one of 3 individuals to hold the sacred office who have been rebuked in such a manner.

Lol...probably a bit early to start writing "history" on this one...unless you're referring to the erstwhile Democrat party.  They're history.

Trump, on the other hand, is just getting started.  And now he doesn't have to be "nice" about it.

Americans want blood.

The Republicans are mad as hell and I can only imagine how the blood is boiling of all the Trump
supporters in America...

oh dear now that little weasel Schiff is spouting a load of deceitful nastiness.... he really is the pits...

edit to add..... apologies to actual little weasels who live in the wild ....

Schiff is pure poison ---- what a horrible thing he is...

My blood isn't boiling. There was no suspense to this. We've had the script to this show since 2016. I'm happy they've done it. They've pleased no one but the ardent few.

But neither did Clinton fall apart under the pressure.  One can easily imagine Trump having a mental breakdown.

Doug

You guys easily imagine things all the time. The guy is on cloud 9 in front of 10's of thousands of people in Michigan as the votes were tallied. Meanwhile, the breakdown began in 2016. The lobotomy happens in 2020. The mental state of the left will be the greatest display of mass hysteria in human history.

How's he supposed to be a unifier when the Democrat party was totally enraged over the fact Hillary lost.

The division is the direct result of the Democrat party not winning the 2016 election.

The thing with Trump is that while he's never been afraid of a fight he'd much rather take heaps of praise. He never sought division. Unity would bring him far more adoration and he could never get enough of that. That said, he's been an absolute pugilist throughout the abuse.

Sure just like the democrats werent actually going to impeach right?

Anyways nothing will remove the fact that Trump was impeached due to his corruption from the historical record.

Well.  He's impeached.  So there is forever a black mark beside his name in the history books.

It’s more like a badge of honor.  In November, Trump will still be in office.  The black mark will be next to the names of Progs that are no longer in office.

So far, it has been a success for the Dems.

Typical Prog thinking.  Always short-sighted.

They stood for the right in spite of whatever cost there may be to their political careers.  But that's alright.

They stood for a sham for nothing more than jealousy.  And they will pay.  Karma is quirky that way.

You can always find another job, but where do you go for a new soul?

Progs sold their soul a long time ago.

While it looks like Trump will survive the trial, he may not.  Moscow Mitch says he's not going to call impeachment to the floor.

If the articles make it to the Senate, I think the Republicans need to call the whisltleblower, the Bidens, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Stroik, Lisa Page, et al.

That will likely cost him his Senate seat next election -

Hardly, there is nothing to support that.  If he allows witnesses or shuts it down is a non-event.

he's already being challenged.

And?  Where McConnell will get reelected or not will be how he runs the hearings following the indictments to come from the Durham and Barr reports.

I believe the American people want a fair and impartial trial and if they don't get it, there will be a lot who feel the system has cheated them again.

Yes, the American people want a fair and impartial trial.  They always do, but they haven’t had anything fair and impartial yet.  They have been cheated by the Progs.  To be fair and impartial in the Senate will mean that the President remains innocent and the guilty will pay for their witch hunt.  You do realize that if for some strange accident that Trump is removed, the next Prog President will be impeached the first time that President tries to leverage the power of the office against another nation.

And they'll remember that on Election Day.  So a victory for Trump in the trial may backfire on him in November - stay tuned.

Yes, this will be remembered on election day and far beyond it.  It has already backfired on the Progs.  To paraphrase Vizzini: You fell victim to one of the classic blunders—the most famous of which is, “Never get involved in a land war in Asia”—but only slightly less well-known is this: “Never mess with a President leading a roaring economy”.

If they fail to send it to the Senate, they didn't truly impeach.  And fail they will...just another hoax by the feckless DemSchitts.

That certainly isn't the case here, our election process was tampered with, and it will most likely happen again in 2020 unless steps are taken to prevent it. When you have a President who doesn't believe that it occurred, it's very hard to except that steps will be taken.

Yes, it has.  When hasn’t it?  This nation is attacked cyberly thousands of times a day.  Mostly by China for malicious purposes.  Many others, including Russia merely hack to collect information.  And when haven’t *WE* hacked other nations.  Remember Obama trying to influence Israeli elections?

LOL man people are running wild with speculation!  Even if for some reason they decided not to send it to the senate the fact is the House has voted to impeach the POTUS for only the third time in history. Nothing that does or doesnt happen from here on out will ever remove that fact. From here on out when Donald J. Trump's name is mentioned by historians the very next words will be something along the lines of "the third President in US history to be impeached by the House of Representatives".

BTW Pelosi is going to send the articles, she just knew that she had the entire world watching at that moment and took the opportunity to point out the senate's majority's intention to not hold a fair trial. It was actually quite brilliant.

I know this is off-topic, but there is a lot of buzz right now about imminent declassification and indictments of former Obama administration officials.  In fact, senators Grassley, Johnson, and Graham have just requested records from five former Obama officials, including Victoria Nuland.

My own personal opinion is that one of the first indictments will be for Debbie Wasserman-Schultz.  She is ripe for espionage charges...and will be able to spill the beans on pretty much everyone else.

Poor Bob Mueller turned out to be a rotten apple after all, it seems.  And now he's an utterly failed, broken man.  Sessions, on the other hand, is a rising star.

Not exactly sure what happens next, but Kellyanne Conway said they have a surprise in store for tomorrow...so don't change the channel.

And it’s all a sham.  In the future, this event will be studied by students of history and they will all be amazed because they will know that what Trump did is no different than any other President.  Students will be confused why all the other Presidents hadn’t been impeached?  They will begin to see through the corruption of the Left.  They’ll understand how the Prog Party went the way of the Whigs.

The impeachment will be but an asterisks in the history books.  What Trump will be remembered for will be the great economy.  What the Progs will be remembered for will be as a joke.  If Trump is reelected, that’s not much of a rebuke.  And he will now be reelected.

On the one hand we've most likely reached the violent act stage if they continue on the path theyre on so I wouldnt bet against it.

On the other though that chick lies as much as Trump sooooooooo ....wanna buy a bridge?

LOL if all other presidents acted in such a manner then they should have been impeached so that is a good question. Perhaps this will serve as a lesson to future POTUS'

Oh denial is so sweet isnt it? I mean because when people talk about Bill Clinton the first thing that comes to mind is his balanced budget right? Of course not. The first thought is that he was impeached.

Same will be true with Trump , forever.

That's some pretty weak return on three years' investment in trying to topple Trump.  A wimpy "moral victory".

I guess that's what passes for a Dem "win" these days.

Stay tuned, though...the good guys are about to show you how it's done.
