Cosmos Neil deGrasse Tyson Returns March 2020

Dec 06, 2019 The third season of the space history series "Cosmos" will premiere on on the National Geographic Channel March 9, the network has announced.

 

The Emmy and Peabody award-winning series will once again be hosted by science popularizer Neil deGrace Tyson who is an astrophysicist with the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

According to IMDb it's season 2 that starts in March 2020. Which makes sense, because up till now, there's only been made one season.

They lost me episode one, season one.  The spent 45 minutes on a monk that dreamed the earth orbited the sun.  He believed his dream and spoke openly about it.  When commanded to make a public statement that his dream was wrong he refused so they burned him alive.  So were they trying to educate me about the Cosmos or just attack organized religion?  The original Cosmos was about science not attacking belief.

Carl sagan cosmos series one. 

Neil DeGrasse Tyson does a good job on the latest version of cosmos and no doubt will be excellent on series 3.

Season 2 started in 2019 season 3 in 2020.

Wonder whatever happened to that whole scandal about Neil and accusations of rape and sexual harassment against him. In this day and age I'm surprised this wasn't cancelled.
