Piney Posted January 15, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2020 Quote The idea that a UFO could crash (or be shot down) may seem commonplace in science-fiction today, but there was a time when such a concept would have seemed just as alien as the ship's occupants. They have some sort of shielding to protect them from the hazards of open space and can bend spacetime breaking the law of physics but can't dodge primitive weapons or land. 2

I think the battle of LA goes to show that it is not an easy feat. I suspect that if the matter is able to phase into different frequencies, than avoiding physical contact should be a mere sidenote of that. stereologist Posted January 15, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2020 I wanted to know if this was supposedly a reality show or a drama. The show is not listed in the IMDB. https://nerdist.com/article/nbc-debris-alien-spacecraft/ Quote Whether or not Debris is based on real-life accounts or is entirely fictional remains to be seen. Nothing about the show appears to be known.
Robotic Jew Posted January 15, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 15, 2020 I may give it a shot. Almost Human was actually pretty decent and Fringe was watchable for a majority of it's run.
moonman Posted January 15, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 15, 2020 (edited) I'll give it a shot, but I don't expect much. I find shows from the big three broadcast networks to be brain numbingly stupid and watered down the majority of the time these days. bigjonalien Posted January 16, 2020 #7 Share Posted January 16, 2020 The Thor2 laser was anything but primitive. Discharging ions at the speed of light hmmm?
