Plan to regulate 'wild west' beauty industry

"Non-healthcare professionals will need a licence to carry out cosmetic procedures under proposals being put forward by the Scottish government.

"Treatments, such as dermal fillers or lip enhancements, are currently available in premises ranging from hairdressers to pharmacies.

There's nothing wrong with the wild-west, its called the free market. The socialists and communists can't do it for some reason - people just getting on with things - they need to be watching over you every step of your existence form foetus to corpse, whilst taking their financial cut of it.

That said i'm for Health and Safety and if they keep it that way then okay.
