Not Your Huckleberry

Quite literally anything...

Geesh, you'd think people would get more creative with all the technology we have.

Look kinda like a log... But if that is an animal it sure is a big one.

A log is the most likely explanation given that logs harvested by the timber industry are floating all over Lake Okanagan.

Worth a look. Something moving quickly. The, it must be a log, brigade will be out in force but whatever it is is moving quickly, that's some current in flattish conditions.

Probably something unremarkable, a couple of smaller fish/animals slowly moving across the lake splashing around on the surface.

Being filmed from eye level makes it difficult to tell, would have been more conclusive if they had a drone ready to go.

Quite possible. A line of beavers was once mistaken for the Ogopogo.

The surface of tbe water doesn't always convey the strength of the current. I have definitely seen some interesting things and wouldn't say it looks like a log if there were any body movements that suggested otherwise.

I'mConvinced

This is a natural effect caused by the wake of a boat that has passed out of sight already. Look how it moves towards the shore without ever turning, this optical effect is caused by a reflection/shadow on the leading edge of the wake. Same thing often seen at Loch Ness

Edit - also look at the 'humps' that appear behind the small boat that enters from the left half way through.

I grew up on a bay that fed into the Mississippi river up in Minnesota.  This looks like a log in the current.
