which year was the pandemic?

You're complaining about the lockdowns right?  And, you've just demonstrated less people die under lockdown.

Maybe, England and Wales need to learn how to drive, dine-out, or walk?

Doctors surgeries around my city, doors closed, tape across the door, speaking to patients over the phone or through the window. acting like the black death is here.

£26.80 for every covid vaccine they administer. the doors fly open.

£10.06 for every Flu vaccine.

There is a reason why GP's surgeries remain private businesses and not NHS.

so does this mean no one can celebrate Brexit on 31/12/2020?  Does this mean it will happen?

Everything is cancelled.  We all need to stay in from Boxing Day until further notice. (I believe)

Not true at all. The more infectious strain has been identified in many places before, it's only new to the UK. It did not originate here.

This news is also nearly a week old.

re the so called 'new variant' of SARS-CoV- 2... that has been pulled out of the bag just in time to spoil Christmas and ruin more small businesses.............. and hype up the fear.....

they have kind of hoisted themselves on their own petard in a way because if variants are going to appear and spread then what use is a vaccine..?..... will people willingly become human pin cushions letting god knows what be pumped into their bodies on a regular basis..?

bearing in mind that only a tiny % of people get complications from SAR-CoV-2 bad enough to die - and 99% or more just get better or don't even know they've had it...

also want to add.... that if there is a new variant this could be natures way for viral behavior and it could have been caused BY the lockdowns... ie if one type of virus doesn't spread enough and exhaust itself then it will mutate a bit to try and spread enough to complete it's viral, parasitic, 'mission' so to speak...

....... who knew eh...... viruses mutate - are infectious and spread...

but THIS one is so bad (although many people don't even know they have it unless a test tells them - and only a tiny % get complications bad enough to die)

THIS one is so bad it means we have to give up all our rights and freedoms - small businesses have to be destroyed... and we have to wave bye bye to our culture and life as we knew it...

yeah...... that makes perfect sense....

All logic and reason has been thrown out the window.
