And that several precinct chiefs stated the published numbers were not what they sent in for their precinct. It still smells in my opinion. Second, by keeping the results they had under wraps, without giving any explanation or timeline, they made themselves look like they were sitting on results because they didn’t like the outcome. Third, by releasing results that contained obvious errors (which tended to go against Bernie Sanders), and delaying a bunch of results that pulled Sanders closer to Buttigieg, they looked conspiratorial. Part of the silly new system was that everyone got a card and there was an easily trackable paper trail system that went with it. Then when they tried to call in on the hot line, the hot line was down because the numbers got leaked onto the internet (4chan) and was being spammed by trolls.
