For being from the group that coined the term "snowflake", you guys really are sensitive over trivial silly things.

and I have to say that "you guys" are always happy to attack the Trumps supporters' hero for the silliest thing, such as what are obviously jokes or minor slips of the tongue or the Twitter finger or minor glitches in knowledge about fairly obscure facts of geography, but when one of "your" people does something really undignified and disrespectful just out of petty spite, then it's "just an old lady tearing a piece of paper, innit". There's one standard here -->

And there's another standard here. -->

That makes double standards.

He is used to shallow, petty, and egotistic people in the hollywood industry or business setting. Coming here to politics is no different and childs play for him. Why do you think he knows how to push their buttons and make them trip over themselves in a mad dash to insult him? He is a man on a mission and he isn't going to let others deter him from doing what he promised his voters.

PS: I'm proud of Romney too. He's the only GOPer who showed some integrity, honor, and...well...Balls.

He's up for election when?

I was wondering if some could afford to take one for the team as a show of impartiality and everything would be forgotten by the time there the start having to campaign.

Certainly. As a parody of the far right's excuses for his childishness.

The key point being that they only criticise on superficial things. The Left criticise on policies too.

ah, it's a parody. Everything you say is a parody and not meant to be taken seriously.

What a handy excuse. Everyone else is just too stupid to realise.

and are you serious about that, or is this another of your almost-too-subtle-too-recognise parodies? Admittedly it's hard to discern what a lot of the Democratic candidates' policies are, but I seem to remember The Bern has come in for some deconstruction of his planned policies.

I think if she had a Secret drink problem it would be a bit more... well, secret. A bottle concealed beneath the desk that she chugged from while the cameras were on The Awesome. Those are probably for a spell she's been working on to neutralize The Awesome's awesome powers.

She has a well known drinking problem. People have known since her first time as House Speaker.

So Pence is aping Pelosi on the nasty applause business.

The only criticism I've seen of his policies is 'it sounds like socialism so it must be communism so it must be bad'.

They are human it seems.  Nancy just tore up a speech in a fit of anger and frustration, and she got called on that.  She should have been more cold and calculating

Oh, but she was cold and calculating. She knew (as always) exactly what she was doing. And she was right to do it.

Amazing though, but not surprising, that the right has chosen to focus on the appropriateness of her behaviour rather than on the tacky, lie-fueled, spectacle that was supposedly the State of the Union. Trump refused to acknowledge Pelosi upon his arrival, indeed he did not even look at her. Then went on to deliver a speech saturated with blatant lies; award the Medal of Freedom to a racist piece of scum; and exploit families for his own entertainment purposes.

The State of the Union is supposed to speak to the country as a whole, something Trump has never, and will never, do. To him it is a platform whereby he can abandon civility and decorum and turn it into an raucous rally for his precious two-fifths.

Pelosi has been the target of several viral falsehoods and fake videos involving alcohol. Any claims about her having a drinking problem are totally bogus.

But they'll still wheel them out at every turn because they have nothing on actual policy.

Same as they did with Hillary's mystery illness that apparently disappeared once Trump was elected.

Beginning in 2009, after the media failed to follow up on concerns raised about Nancy Pelosi’s use of luxury Air Force jets to travel between her congressional district and DC, Judicial Watch’s Freedom of Information act requests exposed her abuse of this travel perk.  Judicial Watch uncovered that Pelosi’s military travel cost the United States Air Force $2,100,744.59 over one two-year period — $101,429.14 of which was for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol.

No surprise it's Judicial Watch with its extreme right wing bias and propensity to promote outlandish conspiracy theories and other falsehoods such as the one above. That nonsense, by the way, was totally debunked a long time ago. Pelosi used the same small jet her predecessor did.

Exactly.  It's a double standard.  That was my point.  If one is offended by symbolism, one is not at "tough" as one thinks.

Oh for *****s sake! She's the ***** Speaker of the United States Congress! People in that position should surely be expected to have some dignity and not resort to childish petulance because she hasn't been able to get rid of the Nasty Man. And surely the Speaker ought to be ***** neutral, she's been leading the campaign to get rid of the Nasty Man. How that be legal is a complete mystery.

One would think that.  One would also think that about the office of the presidency too.  Unfortunately, the voters these days seem to like and encourage childish displays in our leaders.

So Judicial Watch suing for government records and then listing the expenditures is somehow now a conspiracy theory?

No. The conspiracy theory is Pelosi's use of luxury Air Force jets (as well as the other baseless accusations outlined by Judicial Watch in the article you posted).

Yeah.. I love it burn it all down.. hoo ra

So...Pelosi ripping up Trump's speech is 'burning it all down'.

Trump bragging about committing sexual assault, calling Latino's rapists, calling a couple of African nations 'sh**holes', lying to the nation multiple times a day, getting into Twitter fights like a teenager, praising dictators, withholding aid to Ukraine for political favors, calling neo-Nazi's 'good people', etc, etc, etc.

is all OK, and not burning it all down?

There does seem to be quite clearly a cigarette on the go there though. I'd have thought smoking would have been prohibited in the Audience Chamber.

oh give it up., You've tried over and over again and those tactics haven'rt worked. Try coming up with some appealing policies, and appealing candidates, to get people to choose to vote for the democrats, rather than just shouting smears from the rooftops over and over and over.

Yup.

Here's the thing that's going to REALLY annoy you.

Despite everything you have just posted, President Trump is going to win a second term.

Feel free to rend all your clothes, and scream at the sky :P

Or scream at your clothes, and rend the sky.

Let it never be said that I don't offer options :P

These guys are beside themselves. Everything they love is being rejected around the globe. I bet setton was one of those remainers too?

This is all Chicken Little in real life.
