Woman grows hairs out of her gums

From time to time, we all need to pull out the odd hair that's grown out of place. But we're willing to bet that one spot you've never needed to pluck is your gums.

Just over 10 years ago, a 19-year-old woman met with doctors at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in Italy, providing them with a rare case of what's known in the medical field as gingival hirsutism.

To translate, they found a scattering of eyelash-like hairs protruding from the soft tissues directly behind her upper front teeth.

A dig through the literature revealed just five other similar cases – all men – dating back to the 1960s.

Another genetic anomaly there seems to be end. My father was also effected by such an anomaly he had three sets of teeth, and extra pieces of bones in his back near his spine. I was lucky that crap passed me by.

Peace

Where's the photos to prove this?

I once was told about a few stories of people ingesting hair, of course on accident and was told the body will expel it on it's own and it is a natural phenomenon that sometimes the body does.

One case the women had hair coming out from her back, she had an irritation and found it was hair acting like a piece of glass or like a sliver, working it's way out through the skin.

I also heard of another case where a person was expelling hairs and other junk from their one eye.

Not sure how true it is but maybe it is another one of these cases....

*Rushes out to patent gum 2n1 Shampoo and Conditioner*  If your gonna have hairy gums, might as well make them silky and manageable, IMO.
