This is more of a blatant threat than what Schumer did.

I think there's a clear difference.

Buck is threatening, true, but in Defense. He's not saying he's going to GO GET someone. He's threatening to defend himself if he's assaulted.

Shumer on the other hand directly threatened two members of the Suoreme Court with possible harm. That's offensive, not defensive. That's GOING AFTER someone.
