"The court ruling states that "Ms Manning's appearance before the Grand Jury is no longer needed, in light of which her detention no longer serves any coercive purpose." "Her order of release follows her attorneys' announcement that she had recently tried to kill herself while imprisoned. She is reportedly recovering in a hospital."
