Video footage of 'flying humanoid' emerges

This is why it was something known...if it weren't there would be more footage and an attempt to get better. They knew what it was, hence 35 seconds.

They should have filmed for longer, there would have been another one along a minute or so after.

With the number of drone around... you can get close to look at it ! But it look like balloon in some kind of tarp.

I've seen this very similar phenomena in other videos too in my cable TV and internet wonderings. It seems like one phenomena were more investigation can be done like telling us what eventually happened, Did it land? Disappear? Take up out of sight?

Now in one case I believe from Mexico they stayed on with the observation until it seemed to land near some hill or something. At the landing area they found no sign of anything. Unsolved Mystery. And that is where it still stands with me.

It was an Instagram post (reuploaded to YouTube), and they only allow videos up to 1 minute.

And anyway, if I was filming it, I wouldn't feel the need to film more than that. I'm not sure why you're equating video length with them knowing what it was or not. 

And the beginning of video zoomed out is best footage they'd be able to get on their phone. Zooming in just distorts what is actually there far away, so is almost always counter productive.

Wow, I had no idea jet packs had advanced this much. Last I had seen, they were barely getting up and/or having 10 seconds of flight.

It was the video of the one that looked like he was waving freaked me out.  Not seen it anywhere since.
