zep73 Posted April 20, 2020 #4 Share Posted April 20, 2020 Never someone elses. I have this approach: Take everything we know for sure, put it together, step away, to get an overview, and whatever you see, must be some kind of truth. You might discover that the guy next to you, looks at the same thing, and totally disagrees, but that is just how the human mind works. Full of biases, whether we like it or not.

I create my own by using the tools that I have gathered from a lot of someone else’s, including culture, my bias and cultural bias, my subjective reality, my influences, my academic pursuits and interests then there is my experiences and the preferences for who ever else I share space, etc. etc. I think I am a mix of both. My own voice, and the wisdom of others on many levels. Edited April 20, 2020 by Sherapy

Hi Xeno Yes i do read what others have said not because I am looking for a new belief system but more that I can define my own by challenging why I hold a certain position and how does it relate in terms of all my other life experiences. I have my idea of whats going on and it's not all that complex simple things for simple minds or maybe it just seems simple but anyway I don't need to promote my understanding and at times appreciate that others start a fire someplace to see how it progresses. Sure there is a lot of be-boop that goes on here but it beats watching my belly button jmccr8 4
